Delete Profile

If you would like to delete the user account you use in the Grail app, please send an email to info@grail.hu with your deletion request.

Requests to delete an account are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), as well as the relevant Hungarian laws. When the account is deleted, all personal data connected to the account will be permanently removed from our systems, unless retention is required by a legal obligation.
